Phase 1 – Planning & Design:

POC / PID
Developed as an extension of your initial engagement with QuIC, the PID (Project Initiation Document) phase is closely linked to the sales process and POC (Proof of Concept). During this first stage, QuIC project managers work with you to lay out your project’s framework. This ensures that requirements and prototyping are aligned with the entire implementation process.
Analysis
Once the initial framework is developed, QuIC’s team of Financial Engineers begin the process of specifying your project in greater detail. Typically, the UAT phase is broken down into sub-phases as follows:

- SIT (System Integration Test) – Real data is inserted to determine how the system performs with authentic input material.
- PT (Performance Test) – This is executed as soon as a significant proportion of the input data and expected parameterisation of the system is completed.
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing) – This is the final stage of testing. End users get “hands on” with the software and evaluate it against their requirements and business processes.
Phase 4 – Live Implementation
