QuIC Appoints New Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Professional Services
Steve Wilson Brings Over Twelve Years of Financial and Operations Management Expertise to Dual Role at QuIC as Company Prepares for Global Expansion
VANCOUVER, BC – February 27, 2008 - QuIC Financial Technologies Inc., a leading global solutions provider of risk management, pricing and financial analytics solutions, today announced the appointment of Steve Wilson as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Professional Services to oversee the company’s finances and services worldwide.
With over thirteen years experience providing strategic financial and operations management to both private and public technology corporations in Canada and the United States, Wilson’s appointment is a key milestone in QuIC’s growth plans.

In this role, Wilson will join the QuIC executive management team and lead the company in enhancing the overall financial systems and processes to support the company’s growing business operations. His extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions and the raising of capital for high-growth technology companies will help to ensure a more consistent alignment with the organization’s long-term strategic vision.
Steve’s extensive risk management experience includes a posting as Chief Financial Officer for Algorimthics, a global provider of enterprise risk solutions.
