QuIC appoints Dr. Matthew Barrow Vancouver , B.C. - October 2004 - QuIC today announced that Dr. Matthew Barrow has joined the company as Senior Financial Engineer. Matt has over 10 years experience in the financial markets, most recently with Citigroup where he worked as a fixed income derivatives trader in their London office.
