Dave is responsible for all financial engineering activities at QuIC. Dave has over a decade of experience developing commercially successful front-and-middle-office pricing and risk management applications, ranging from spreadsheet add-ins to enterprise-scale Value-at-Risk and Potential Exposure systems. Prior to cofounding QuIC, he was a consultant with TrueRisk Inc., where he was involved in various consulting engagements for numerous banking clients, including the development and implementation of a multifactor convertible bond pricing model.

Dave holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of British Columbia and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, and has published articles on several topics in applied mathematics.
